We are constantly improving our facilities including our chapel(s) the outside chapel will be much improved this year. the swimming pool has disappeared and chairs will now be placed on the patio not on the grass. The bride will not walk on gravel anymore, in other words a great improvement from last year. The inside chapel should only be used in the summer time in case of bad weather (of cause you do have the choice) the picture on front page the couple standing under the flowering wine "Clerodendron" in the indoor chapel is taking in the winter. December through February are the months where there are more flowers on the wines. As a matter of fact right now (April 10 ) there are no flowers at all, not only that I also just cut them all back. However they grow very fast and by June there will be flowers again and from then on flowers throughout but most flowers in the winter. the reason for this is in the summer in order to cool the chapel, we shade the plastic roof with a black shade cloth to keep the strong sun out, therefore it is hard for the wine to produce buds with out the sun. The cloth comes of in September and then the wine goes crazy and starts to produce the buds. However we grow a lot of flowering hanging baskets and they fill the chapel throughout April and May that the indoor chapel still is very colorful and still do not need any other decorations (see picture)
